Get service specially from store manager. He was very knowledgeable and helped explain everything to us while getting us great plans. Very personable and funny which I think is important when dealing with customers.

The people that work there are really nice i got most of my 7 phones with them . They alway take there time to make sure I'm happy with what I'm getting. Some ever go out of there way on there brake a bring a coffee back for a costumer thanks again :) when there computer are acting slow it happens some time. Over all I give them a 10 in work and ethnic and 10 customers service..

We went into the mall to get a new phone because ours was broken. we didn’t like any of the options when we got there. We asked Shaun at wow mobile a bunch of questions and he was patient with us and answered them all and helped us come to the conclusion that we would be better off to go buy an old phone on kijiji. He even gave us tips on how to buy phones on kijiji.

Shaun helped us install our SIM card into an old phone that we had in the mean time. It wasn’t working and he spent the time to help us factory reset and made sure it worked. He helped us leave the mall without spending a dime.

Most fantastic customer service We’ve encountered in a long time!!! Would definitely go back there and would definitely recommend it there to anyone!
