Sudbury's best and nice new state of the art facility. Dr.Keenan and his excellent team fixed old fillings good as new!
Dr. Keenan is very professional and compassionate in dealing with my disabled husband. My husband enjoys talking with him as they both have the same sense of humour. His staff is very helpful to my husband's needs regarding his disability. Thank-you Dr Keenan and staff for making our visits such a pleasant experience.
Ive been going to Dr. Keenan for about 4 years now. I read a ton of reviews recently on several websites and cannot for the love of me figure out why people dont like him.
Sure, he dresses like everyday is a casual Friday - but his casual attitude is what's fun about this place. You get to talk to a Dentist who isn't going to belittle you and throw medical terms. He is very upfront and honest about your teeth - which is great compared to some others.
Just visited the new office for the first time and it's pretty impressive. Not a massive fan of the sports playing, but it's a nice office nonetheless.
If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to have an online booking tool and maybe a bit more communication when someone leaves the room for 5+ minutes.
I’ve been going to Dr Keenan for 17 years. The staff and service are competent and friendly. I trust Dr Keenan totally and love his fashion sense (shorts til it snows). Highly recommend. I recently moved from the area and had a difficult time trusting anyone else after years of such great service.
