(July 30, 2018, 3:34 pm)Cary McGlade is an outstanding builder. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. Cary and his crew built our lake home in 2012. They looked after us every step of the way and were nothing but accommodating of our questions, requests and changes at each phase of the build. In fact, Cary’s ideas along the way enhanced the build, helping to create additional and functional space and practicality. The build was on time and on budget. His crew were friendly, courteous and the job site was always extremely clean. You’d often find Cary at the job site on a weekend checking on things ensuring that everything was to the high standard he sets for himself – and it always was. He exceeded our expectations. His reputation as a quality and honest builder is evident to anyone in the industry who knows him. We continue to receive compliments on our home and the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to use Cary again and have recommended him to others interested in building or renovating.

I am extremely confident in the construction knowledge and skill of Cary McGlade and his team. Cary’s custom craftsmanship, skill and attention to detail sets him apart from the rest. I have full confidence in him from concept to completion. His crew is an extension of his professionalism, are respectful of their surroundings and keep a very clean job site. Principle Contracting is a perfectionists delight!
