Needed my rear window on my Ford F150 replaced. Called to make an appointment but the girl who does the appointments wasn't there, which is fine. The girl who answered the phone took my information and said I would receive a call back to make an appointment. It's been 2 days now and I never got a call back so I went somewhere else. Customer service definitely needs some work.
UPDATE - Owner called me and apologized for the mix up and offered a discount to make it right. Sounds like an honest mistake. While I have already had the work done, I appreciate the offer. I've changed my stars to reflect that. Hopefully I can do business with them in the future!
They undecorated my truck fantastically in the fall. Would absolutely go back. Great staff
