With the help of MacKenzie and Gilles, they went above and beyond to help me clear my pool right up, after many unsuccessful attempts from other companies. I felt not only listened to and respected, but further as though they were not trying to take advantage of me and sell me chemicals I did not need.
The service manager Gilles went above and beyond to put together the necessary chemicals I needed right on the spot.
I will be definitely coming to them with any future concerns, and highly suggest you do too. -

(June 7, 2022, 9:52 pm)We recently purchased a hot tub from Frontenac pools and are super happy with our purchase. Was competitively priced, good support, delivery and set up. We had an issue where the wifi wouldn't connect and they had a technician come right out to repair right away. The tech also provided helpful tips with water maintenance. Overall really happy with Logan and his team!!

(March 21, 2022, 3:53 pm)After shopping around for a Spa late last year and being told "no supply, you'll have to wait a year"; I walked into Frontenac Pools, purchased my Spa and had it installed a week later. They also helped me source an electrician to do the electrical work saving me time and research. I have been very happy with the product, and Logan and his team have been responsive when I needed help. I love that I can easily get a water test at their shop and I don't feel pressured to buy product I don't need.

(February 18, 2022, 3:14 pm)Logan, Jeremy and the staff of Frontenac pools are fantastic. After waiting for over one year, for a hot tub that we had ordered from a different provider, we walked into their shop on a Monday and had our hot tub installed on a Thursday.
Their knowledge and expertise of their products is excellent as well as a customer service. -

(December 18, 2021, 9:02 pm)Professional, prompt and friendly service. Logan and Jeremy (and the techs) have been great to deal with. We had some minor issues with our tub initially and it was dealt with immediately. We were very pleased with the service. We go there for all our water testing and chemical needs.
