(April 19, 2021, 10:52 pm)We first bought this system approximately 14 years ago. It was damaged by lightening, but was replaced immediately. Today, we were serviced by Nick Ludlow, who was so pleasant, personable, professional, great with dogs and super knowledgeable. He repaired the breaks in our underground fence and was so fast and efficient, not to mention trustworthy. We would recommend Dogwatch and Nick's excellent client care to anyone! Thank you Dogwatch, Nick and also to Trixie for always replying to my questions/concerns very promptly.

(October 11, 2020, 7:11 pm)We have had our DogWatch fence for 5 years, in two different houses. This product and company is amazing to deal with and the products are top value. So why write now you ask, well on September 8th, 2020 we had a house fire. No one was home and because of DogWatch all but one of our dogs made it out of the house. We installed dog doors because of the fence, it's why I have a pack alive today. The only dog to not make it was disabled and could not walk. There are so many reasons this products works great but to save my dogs lives made it the best investment ever. I would recommend this product to everyone.

We have 2 small dogs and are situated on a highway.
Doug was able to explain all our options for our dog containment system and help with proper collar fittings for our furbabies!
Installation was done efficiently and love that the flags are placed for us.
Training was a breeze thanks again to Doug's guidance.
Our dogs are now free but safe to roam!
