Hands down the best experience I've had yet with vehicle trouble yet. John was very accommodating with me as I was stranded in a remote area with limited mapping of the area. All the staff I dealt with were great with handling my many communications as I was very anxious. Great work!!!
I want to express my gratitude to Reid's towing for yet another job done very well, on time and with an awesome driver. I only know him as John but I can tell you that he is far and away the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. He went far beyond the call of duty to keep me from becoming more upset than I was. He displayed a professional approach to the situation and was able to have us back on the road in record time.
