They are by far the friendliest and most helpful shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Extremely accommodating, I have never had a bad experience with them.
I work in Kingston but live in Battersea. On my way home today my car was vibrating bad. So I added air to my tires. Nope still vibrating. Stop at Battersea auto and kirK the owner said leave it with me, so I walked home and cracked a bottle of wine. Three hours later Kirk called and said it was ready. Just snow built up behind my tires.. I told him I have had a couple of glasses of wine could i pick it up tomorrow. No problem. Next thing I know it's in my driveway. Awesome garage.
Kirk and other machinac are top notch honest men fair and real , gave them a car alot problems they handed me back a nice suv and am greatfull for all they do Jamie .
Excellent customer service and top notch mechanic's that offer fair prices for honest work. I feel like an idiot for taking my car to Kingston for so long when we had such awesome local talent.
