(March 17, 2023, 10:14 pm)We’ve had an exceptional experience dealing with Mark, the sales manager at WTC. He is full of knowledge and if he doesn’t have the answer he knows where to get it.
His team spent the last two days installing for us and we were blown away by them. They were all hard workers, extraordinarily kind and an absolute pleasure to have around. Not to mention they completed a large amount of installs for us in a short period of time.
Thank you so much for the amazing service. We cannot recommend WTC enough. -

Recently lost my land line, internet and TV service as the result of a pole break and telephone line shear on Westport road on the coldest night of the year
I watched as WTC staff worked 5-6 hours each day on a weekend up in a bucket truck effecting repairs to some serious damage. The temperature was close to -40 degrees on a Saturday and slightly better Sunday. Our service was returned late Sunday afternoon. Working in these extreme conditions at length is beyond imagination.

(January 31, 2023, 1:18 am)Sam and Ryan initially came to my house to move my router because my internet signal was dropping so often, and while they were here, they decided to replace my three outdated receivers. Some complications caused the process to take over 3 hours, but they diligently found and fixed all of the problems that cropped up during their visit. They also fixed my persistently slow internet speed with one phone call to their office and an adjustment here. It was a challenging visit for them, but I'm grateful for their patience, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Sam & Ryan!
