She's very thorough, she checked and double checked every aspect of our purchase and provided quick responses to every question, with additional follow-ups after our sale.

I can't imagine how much work she has done, the many houses she has looked at with me, and her constant patience, good sense of humour and real awareness of what was good for me. Even though I had a vague idea, of what I wanted, she clued into things that I was liking or not, even before I did. I feel like I had a friend who is genuinely interested in what would be best for me. She is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her.

As a first time home buyer, Jitka made the experience positive, explaining everything I needed to know about buying a home, and help me set a realistic goal. She was also very insightful in how we can achieve buying our home. She went above and beyond in booking us home viewings. She was quick to respond to our inquiries, which helped us submit necessary documents on time. We purchased our home during the pandemic, and even in the middle of such a stressful time, Jitka maintained a very positive and realistic personality. Overall, I would recommend Jitka to anyone looking for a home in Kingston area!
