  As a member of the Kingston Unitarian Fellowship, I called Rogers and Trainor Realty in October 2022 to find an agent. The receptionist referred me to Sina Tahamtan, for which I am grateful. Recently, we completed the sale of our building and purchased a new facility. For us, this has been an incredible up and down process on both the selling and purchasing side of the equation. Sina was always there with good advice and answers to our questions. He always managed to calm our excitement and raise our failing hopes. Working with a religious organization is not easy as decisions are made by committees, moved forward by Board of Directors and a final vote of approval by the congregation. During this period, Sina had to deal with three different Presidents. He always found a way to work with us and fit our needs into the negotiating process. During the last few months, there were times when we thought we had lost the building we wanted. Each time Sina managed to keep our "foot in the door" and our offer active. Someone commented that he had completed another miracle so after the third time, we began referring to him as Saint Sina. Five stars is the highest rating and Sina deserves them all.
