They call you by your name as they are making your drink, which I found made my experiences at this Starbucks more meaningful! Feels like they truly care about their guests as well as making you feel more as one rather than a number

Nothing new to report, except that on Wednesday nights (when we always order a big box of coffee) they say it's unavailable for online orders, even though it's always available every other time and day. Switched locations for that. -

They have mobile order for in-store pick up and drive thru pick up. I’ve tried both and also ordered in store as well and they are super fast even when there’s a rush. Sometimes my order gets complicated while customizing it on the app or in person, but they never missed out a single detail.
