They make it easy to pay rent (etransfer), request maitenance help (online). All requests are resolved within a timely manner. -

I have never before witnessed someone in the position of management with the responsibilities they have, keep their composure and focus on the wellbeing of both their tenants and landlords so gracefully. They have the positive attitude, know-how, advanced technology and other systems in place that make all the difference.

The owner is genuinely passionate about his business, and cares for his tenants - not just his property. Friendly and accommodating, he will go above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure you have a good experience. Just, you know, have a good rapport and act in good faith, and he will return the favour.
The landlord has a technical background and is always up to date on all of the easiest ways to digitize and streamline archaic landlord things. I was paperless during my time there.
The only downside is that Nomad is a grassroots and non-corporate - with a small team - 2-3 employees dedicated to the landlord aspect during my time there. The landlord can be slow to respond to non-essential or non-time sensitive things, as he has a lot of properties to manage. Expect triage for maintenance requests that aren't emergencies. Squeaky wheel (with civility!) gets the grease here.
Overall, even though this is my first experience renting, I doubt I will find a place that will have the genuineness and care that NomadHomes does.
