I do however, feel frustrated at times that their phone doesn't work, often saying that "the customer is not available"... it's been happening for two years. i've chatted with the owners and nothing changes. I love buying local and supporting local and i like being able to call and talk about my orders or questions i have. If i lived closer (i live an hour away), i'd just drive over and walk in...

You don't get this at the big box stores. Believe I tried all 3 of them first. -

Ana was very helpful in picking the right colours to compliment my house. Her attention to detail made me feel confident in her suggestions. Kevin also helped me and was very friendly and helpful. I suggest this store to anyone that is looking for the best service, prices and expertise. My house looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

We were warmly welcomed by Ana-Paula, and she provided us excellent advice and guidance as we chose tile for our backsplash, hearth, and flooring for our family room.We were given samples to bring home to be really sure they were what we needed, and wanted. Our products arrived in a timely manner so our installer was not held up. We were always treated with patience, and kindness. Thank you for helping us make our new house, our home.
