(March 4, 2018, 10:39 am)My great uncle just moved in from another facility in Bath, On. From the moment we moved him in I could tell there was a stark difference. The staff is super friendly, everything is very clean and bright and everyone seems happy. Everything is modern but not to the point where it loses its appeal as a home and not just an institution. They have a daycare integrated with the facility where there is interaction between young and old, something I feel is very important.

(January 14, 2017, 1:47 am)My mother lived at Arbour Heights for three years. I was very happy with the care she received, and the staff were very caring. Any concerns brought forward were promptly resolved by Christine Sellery or one of her team members. Our family's experience was nothing but positive. We would recommend this home to anyone seeking long term care for a loved one.
