  Highly recommend Lisa and her team. Have been with them for 7 years, their customer service is phenomenal, rates are reasonable, and when you need your insurance the most they come through for you. Am very sad that I’ve had to switch insurance provider as I moved out of province... I genuinely loved interacting with Lisa, she is a friendly, kind, lovely person who goes to bat for you and makes sure you are taken care of. If you are even thinking of switching to State Farm, please do yourself a favour and do it!!!

  Exceptional customer service! Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient, I have no hesitation recommending their services. They have taken care of all my insurance needs for more than 12 years. Phil's team is the best!

  The staff at State Farm were so supportive, friendly, and provided tons of information. I felt like I learned more about what insurance I was purchasing in one conversation, than over ten years with my previous company. Ask for Andrew! Thank you to the staff for all the help.

  Switched to State Farm last year and haven't looked back. Competitive prices and great service. I have 3 cars and 3 houses and keeping everything how I wanted it was always a time-consuming hassle with my previous insurer. Andrew Marshall at the Kingston branch has done a wonderful job helping me keep everything in order and always responds to my requests quickly if I need to swap my active insurance to another vehicle due to an emergency, or if I have urgent questions about my rental property insurance policies. With Andrew it's quick, easy and friendly and he always makes sure I understand all of the costs and coverage I am getting so I can make an informed choice and manage my risk exactly how I want to.

  Andrew was excellent! Really took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what I would be paying for and what my other options were. I felt very taken care of and super impressed with the customer service. Buying my first home was both exciting and overwhelming. This was the least stressful part. Would recommend to anyone!
