They are always quick to respond to queries, concerns, schedule maintenance, and are ALWAYS on top of keeping us fuelled up.
The staff I've worked with in the past - Janice and Kara - were both truly wonderful, providing really quick answers to questions I've needed.

FROM MIKE IN SALES , TO TRACY AT THE OFFICE, THE TECHNICIANS AND INSTALLERS CHRIS AND KEVIN .100 % SATISFACTION. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. WHAT AMAZES ME IS HOW PROFESSIONAL EVERYTHING LOOKS. FROM THE WIRING, TO THE OUTSIDE PAD WHERE THE AC UNIT SITS ON , LOOKS CLEAN AND WELL DONE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSENS FOR AC OR FURNACE CONCERNS. A+++ THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
