  Excellent customer service, friendly environment, great quality brand name clothes.
  We took our son who is 17-18 who we just realized had graduated to big and tall sizes to big n tall store kingston. Our sales associate was David who took our son under his wing and totally redid his image! Our son walked in feeling a conservative dresser and left happy with clothes of many colours! Even red! Fabulous as he was glowing!! Thank you for going all out and beyond David!
  I was so happy I brought a gentleman up the next day who has mobility and speach deficits and uses a walker. Once again David took him under his wing provided dignity and extreme patience as he assisted my friend! At times even moving clothes rack to allow my friend to navigate easier!
  Between both visits we purchased 6 pairs of top quality brand name jeans, 6 dress casual shirts of the same quality, at very reasonable prices! Fabulous day and experience!
  My hats off to David, I'm planning on returning today to bring David a Timmy's GC as he went all out and deserves a coffee or two on us!

  Visited this store for the first time while Christmas shopping. There was an excellent selection of stylish clothing and a very good range of colours and sizes. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff made finding gifts very easy. As a person with a mobility impairment, I was delighted to see a large armchair where shoppers needing a break could rest. My husband has spoken very highly of the store, and I share his opinion!

  Walked in for swim trunks and felt great getting a few additional items I needed. The clothing cost slightly more but the quality of cloth and style is far superior to any other box store especially for larger men.
