Eric took the time to talk me down from a couple of ledges when lawyers and bankers were wanting “last” minute documents and such. A calming hand in rough waters!
I won’t hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a true professional. -

Eric is a kind, professional broker who thinks through each detail of the mortgage process carefully and finds great interest rates. He made getting a mortgage relatively stress free, despite the tricky situation he had to deal with. Eric is always very quick to reply to emails, regardless of how early or late in the day. He also worked weekends and holidays to ensure that I was able to complete the mortgage process in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Eric to any of my friends and family who needed a mortgage!

We recently used Eric to redo our mortgage to take advantage of lower rates and borrow some equity. Super easy process and Eric was great to deal with. We did the entire transaction via email as well. Would highly recommend.
