It wasn’t easy, with so many moving parts, along the way the obstacles we faced were many however before the issues arose Melissa had already found a solution and greatly involved herself with the other players, notaries, lawyers, evaluators, real-estate agents, and many more to make certain timelines and success of the transaction went through without a hiccup. Mellisa found us the best interest rate that beat out all the banks and was able to customize other finance tools like allocating a Heloc to make our next investment/purchase that much easier.
