(February 15, 2023, 3:03 am)Super friendly! We went in for the first time Monday with our puppy (Arlo) and everyone came around the counter to say hello to Arlo. Lot of pets. Went into the room and the technicians were just as friendly! Gave him pets and a treat. Vet came in and she also was so friendly with him. Gave him lots of pets. By the time he got his needles he was so relaxed he didn’t even notice them. Very friendly very professional.

(November 1, 2022, 10:42 pm)The staff they’re our awesome very friendly helpful as well as the veterinary and by far the most reasonably priced place, I think they may be my regular place to take my dog, I live in the west end of Kingston but is worth the drive.
