  Jeff’s team is stacked with superstars!! Shane has been a life saver :) I don’t know what I would do without Jeff, Ann and Corinne. I have been left without water and dealt with many plumbers and just had the exact same problems. This team fixed my well and got rid of my ecoli and smell. I was at my witts end but then Jeff and Shane came on separate occasions and got our water back on and better than ever. Ann and Corinne have helped calm when I’ve called in panicked about the situation and not being sure about trusting The job would get done and then when the bill came and made it easy to etransfer or pay over the phone. Love these guys and will recommend them always!!!!!

  My experience with this company is fairly mixed.
  When our pump died in February of this year they were recommended by a different plumber who could not attend.
  They came quickly and installed a new pump to the tune of over $1200. This seems VERY expensive to me however, being it was an emergency service, one I was willing to pay.
  However, after a couple weeks we continued to have air in the line. We called them back to investigate. Despite having charged me the first time for pressure testing the lines, they told us there must be a small leak in the line. They then charged us another $107+ for the service call.
  I emailed them regarding my concern on charging me for this service, as I believe it was a followup to the original service I paid $1200+ for, and I should not have been charged. A week later and I have not recieved a reply. (Reply recieved shortly after posting this review)
  I would not recommend them for anything but emergency service and be prepaired to pay a premium.
