(May 8, 2023, 2:41 am)The day we went, it was as busy as it gets which is great for them but if they want to keep customer retention and stay busy, staff best get their things in order and manage their duties a little better. Don't get me wrong, when crowd come in and you see a line of people. Don't stress and keep calm and collective. Don't try to rush cause you'll only make it worse. The pizza is great and prices are awesome.. love the location and the goods they offer. They just need to stop stepping on each others toes and get things under control. Few customers started to get annoyed due to time taking for their orders when it was multiple orders.. but there is potential here so get a good leader in place and get the machine running well..
Looking forward to coming back on my next visit to Kingston.. -

(March 18, 2023, 5:35 pm)I visited Score pizza on midland - what a fantastic experience- I bought lunch for my staff and was not use to the process of ordering pizza- the staff were very pleasant to deal with and prepared for this build your own pizza newbie. The manager Phil was there completing the order and took time to make sure the everything was correct!!! The food is excellent! If you live in the west end of Kingston this is a must try, you will not be disappointed!!!!! Well done Score Pizza - we will be back soon!!!

(March 17, 2023, 1:22 pm)The ordering process was a little confusing on our first visit and the prices seemed a little steep. The food however was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff member who baked our pizza seemed nervous and bumped the front lip of the pan on the oven dropping a bunch of toppings and didn't bother replacing them.
Well likely go back as the food was good and a nice change from the other pizza in town.
