I had a horrible waiting experience with an online order and these guys spent their Saturday rectifying that. They cancelled my online order and sent me home with a better mattress - it was win-win all around.
I can't believe how positive and outgoing Roger is. If he's not a sales manager already, he will be. Beyond impressed. -

In the end we left with a great livingroom set and a wonderful shopping experience. Ask for Laurie when visiting, she is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

John was the most down to earth sales representative that took over an hour, to make sure that I got the most bang for my buck and made sure that I was pleased with the product. John was fantastic! Laurie I don’t even know where to begin…. The best sales manager in the city. I had no clue what I wanted and she helped pick out what was best quality and budget friendly. Both of these representatives took time out of their day to make me feel welcomed, and did not push sales like most box stores.
10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be a frequent customer. -

(February 6, 2023, 5:31 am)We had the best shopping experience today! I haven’t bought furniture for over twenty years and I was really excited to finally purchase something new for my home. I had chosen my chairs and was looking for end tables and cushions. We carried tables over to the chairs to see how they looked and the sales staff even helped by bringing pillows and lamps that we were looking at and offered suggestions. Everything was in stock (which was great!). Our sales rep was Stephanie and she was great! Knowledgeable about what was on the floor, had answers to questions, and was just really good to work with. Thank you to Stephanie and all of you who took a moment to help make my day, it meant a lot. Definitely coming back here for future needs 🤗

He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Sam for being a wonderful person to work with you made the experience very enjoyable.
