She enjoys the many activities, the company of other residents and loves the delicious food! It’s a beautiful building with great staff and our family appreciates knowing that our mom is safe and well cared for.

(December 28, 2022, 2:40 pm)When my parents needed to move from their house, my wife and I toured nine retirement homes in the Kingston area, and we both put Cataraqui Heights in first place. We were very impressed by all the amenities and the decor. My parents have since raved about the kind and enthusiastic staff, and the wonderful meals.

Upon their arrival they were warmly greeted and were made to feel welcome in a brand new and beautiful environment. The attention to detail to ensure that their needs are being met is excellent. My family and I are extremely grateful for the kind and compassionate care that they are receiving from the management and nursing staff.

My parents are so happy in their new home & surrounded by so many kind people. Gives so much peace of mind knowing they are safe & cared for, and mist importantly thriving!

(December 23, 2022, 7:13 pm)My wife Gertrud and I have moved into Cataraqui Heights R. & R. in September 2022, which was 3 months ago, and are still considering it to have been the right move for us. Our daughter has told us that with all new places like that one has to consider that there will be a learning period for all, the Retirement home staff, as well as the people moving into it.
So far we have not found anything that was to our disliking and that was not possible to correct. The staff of this home is very helpful and accommodating, the food is very good, and there is a variety of entertainment to participate in, if one choses to.
