(February 22, 2023, 3:08 pm)They got me in more quickly than I expected. I was a bit nervous, but the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the facility is quiet and relaxed. What to do is very clear at all times, no ambiguity. The tech I saw (Crystal) was very efficient and sympathetic, and checked in frequently to make sure I was okay. The only drawback I can think of is the location, but space for a big bright purpose-designed building is getting harder to find in more convenient areas.

(November 3, 2022, 9:08 pm)Getting a first mammogram is scary. Having to come back for a biopsy is TERRIFYING. BUT Jessica, Dr. G. and the resident whose name has gone right out of my head? Made it easier. No pain. Plenty of explanations. No patronizing attitude. All answering my questions thoughtfully and kindly. Thank you for making a bad day a lot less awful.
