He checked the frames and hardware of my existing windows and told me I only require replacement glass not brand new windows and frames. I was impressed by his honesty. He recommended a local company for replacement glass.

When they did the installation, they were so clean that I couldn't even tell that they'd be there. Any issues we've had since installation has had prompt follow up, even years after the installation.
