For every issue he found, he explained, in detail, what it was, and what his recommendation was for the repair. He checked every inch of the house, and was completely transparent about everything. We received the report the same day, which made signing our Notice of Fulfillment stress free. His report was thorough, with photos and a table of contents. I would highly recommend Helder Home Inspections to everyone in need of a home inspection.
