Good customer service, got me good rates, did not follow up to get me a better rate on the second year.

This company is the best I have ever dealt with in 38 years of driving. Have always been treated with courtesy and all my questions answered in a manner in which I am able to understand (we all know how insurance companies can give us info that we can hardly comprehend, not with this company in my experience). The rates are great and customer service has been wonderful. I called today regarding my Son being out of the country for a period of time and spoke to a charming woman called Samantha Hammermeister , she explained everything to me and that he would still get his 9* rating upon his return, that was my big concern, very informative, all settled and now I do not have to worry anymore. Thank you Samantha so much, you are a wonderful asset to this company.
