I went to see Chris when I brought up my prescription for Orthotics. I'm so grateful for the work he did. Now I can truly walk on the cloud. I had so much pain in my feet because I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Chris build a perfect molds for my feet and weeks later, I had them and never felt so great when walking. They also know how to file the proper documents for your extended health care insurance, I was amazed when I submitted so much paperwork to my insurance, bang in three days I had my money back. Thank you Chris and staff for the amazing work you all do there. -

(August 29, 2018, 5:27 pm)I went to see Derek after a knee replacement as part of a particularly difficult and complicated series of surgeries. He was very knowledgeable and was willing and able to make adjustments for my specific needs so that I could wear the brace comfortably. I prefer places staffed with skilled, knowledgeable technicians, rather than chains where the staff are mostly students. That might be fine if all you need is a generic type of brace but if you need something custom, this is definitely a superior option.
