(July 20, 2019, 1:01 am)I listed my commercial storefront for lease 3 weeks ago with Paul at Flatprice.ca and today I have a signed lease. Sometimes all you need is an MLS listing and not the agent (not always the case depending on the market and what you are listing). Paul was very helpful getting the listing live and very responsive to questions and changes. I had a very positive experience overall.

(March 6, 2019, 6:16 am)Name is as it states, you pay a flat price and it gets listed on the MLS. Paul helped me with the paperwork necessary and it worked out great. Don't use this service if you're not willing to do the footwork needed to sell your property.

I had very good experience working with FlatPrice.ca and specifically with Paul Rouillard on listing my property.
From beginning to the end Paul was very accommodating and diligent responding to all requests and guiding me through process.
I did couple mistakes and Paul was kind enough to make those changes and fixes for me. Anyways really happy with service and recommend it to anyone who need it.
