The man is the best at what he does. I have bad eczema and he has always been very helpful to my challenging condition. He and his staff have always been nice and accommodating. He has helped make my life better. The windsor area is very lucky to have a guy like this. Very knowledgeable, professional and the man truly does care in helping people.

Very polite and friendly office..Dr Toth is very educated in his field, i have a severe case of exzema and he has got to the bottom of it without making me feel less of a person or uncomfortable at all..I would recommend his professional work to anyone who wants to get your skin flares under control..just remember it takes time and patience and this man has both.
Best bed-side manner of any Dr in the city. I've seen him a few times over the years and he's been great.
