He is skilled in recognizing patterned behaviors being turbulent or beneficial areas in your life. He then has a ton of experience and knowledge that he draws from to that helps you to see and understand the bigger picture. What you do is up to you but if you want some homework or theory first, he has is all covered!

He held me accountable to be an active participant in making the fundamental changes to really turn my life around. The coaching not only helped me, but in turn brought about new relationships with my family, coworkers and friends!
