I've used them twice now and each time the unit was clean, in good condition and air conditioned well. Large doorways for moving trucks made life easy. I would use again for sure. Overall would recommend to anyone who needs to store stuff short or long term.

Friendly staff. Clean with decent security. Fairly easy after hours access. Free flat bed carts available to move stuff to your locker. Rates appear to be similar to competition.

We are amazed at the service that’s been provided to us by the team at the Lauzon Rd location. Our family found ourselves in need of a storage space unexpectedly in November 2019, and the team coordinated with us immediately to help us secure that space and move some of our personal property into it on extremely short notice. Some weeks later we realized that we had left something we desperately needed in the storage locker and we contacted Jewellee who informed us that there was a way for them to help us get what we needed from the locker, and that she and her colleagues would help. The next day was Christmas Eve, and my husband and I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Lisette on the phone, and she searched so thoroughly for what we were looking for, found it all (it wasn’t that easy), and stopped on her way home from work that day to drop the items off at a FedEx drop box so we could have them for what we needed them for. Lisette went far beyond the call of duty that day, and we were blown away by her kindness and care in the situation. Her attention to our needs and her willingness to spend some of her personal time making sure the package was sent to us was incredible, and we are extremely grateful to her for her efforts that day. My husband offered to compensate her for her time, and her response to that offer was simply “No, I won’t accept anything from you. You’re not going to pay me for helping you, because I know you really need this, and I’m doing this for you because I want to help you. The only thing I ask that you do is to pay it forward”. Service like this is hard to find these days, and we will be forever grateful for the efforts of this team to help us out. Our experience with the Lauzon Rd location has been incredible from start to finish. If you need to store something in the Windsor Area, we would recommend you don’t look anywhere else. If you’re considering this place, absolutely book with them. You will be glad that you did.
