We had a unique problem and as many times as I have been in ,he has always offered good advice and we finally found what we were doing incorrectly, that solved the problem. Only charged for work he actually performed. Excellent service always.

(March 24, 2019, 7:00 pm)Fixed our clock very quickly while we waited. No charge. He found a very small screw of the correct size for the same clock. No charge. This guy knows his stuff! Even knew the brand of an old movement just by looking at a drawing. And all with a smile. Five stars.
