Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My first time renting a vehicle. Traveled over 1000 kilometers with no problems. Great car. Tara was wonderful. She handled the order and return with ease. Everything was explained in detail with the contract and features of the car. Tara was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She is a definite asset to your company. I will be returning and referring your Enterprise branch to people I know.

Excellent customer service and great value for money

The best staff ever!! I rented a cor from Enterprise for three days and the staff were all very professional and quick. But. The real reason I am writing this review is the employees go out of their way to help. After dropping the car back off at Enterprise I went home for a couple of hours. I then noticed I left my $500 dollar pair of prescription sunglasses in the rental, my heart sank. I then rushed over to Enterprise and talked to Matt. Unfortunately the car had already been rented and was gone. Matt then called the home of the folks that rented the car but they were not there. He then took my info and said he would call me back, The next day he did call me back and told me the NICE people he got in touch with brought me glasses back. I was overjoyed to say the least. I then went and got them and offered Matt a bit of money for lunch and he flat out refused to take anything, Enterprise, you have a customer for life! THANK YOU!!!

Currently they are waiving the young renter fee and the different location return fee. We went from Windsor to Toronto for $32! Very awesome! We arrived right when they opened at 8am and there was a line after me, but the rental stuff was quick. Very disappointed, however, because my itinerary clearly said I was returning the car to the yonge street location, and when we showed up, the sign said they were closed and we had to go to Dufferin. We had to drive to a different location much much much farther from our house (as we were planning on walking home), but luckily the kind men working gave us a ride home as they had to drop off that vehicle somewhere anyway. They need to change where the website allows you to drop off a vehicle according to which locations are actually currently operating. Other than that, had a great experience and great price!
