I was concerned about retaining my old business number, and he quickly got everything resolved and I had my cell phone back to my Koodo account in under an hour. Great Customer Experience!!

He was also very knowledgeable about the phone I was purchasing. I also appreciate that he was very efficient, as I am a busy student and did not have a lot of time to spend there (I had class later in the day).
I’d like to say that Megan was great too. I called later to confirm something and she was super patient and willing to help as well.
Great place with great employees! I will definitely be returning if I am in need of future services.
