Once they were notified of the issue they did everything possible to resolve it. Lally Southpoint Ford will definitely be the first place I'll go for any future Ford needs. -

(March 1, 2020, 1:03 am)Although I didnt buy... I found Lee in sales to be incredibly honest and transparent throughout the process. Someone else beat me to the deal, but I know if I bought that vehicle, I would have been taken care of and wound up with a great deal.

(August 15, 2019, 9:12 pm)Eugene at the Leamington dealership was wonderful. He took the time to explain a lot of the functions of my new (used) car. They gave me a great price for my trade in (and his wife even baked me a lemon loaf)!!
There were a few issues with the car but they stepped right up and repaired them without charging me. I will definitely be back for my next car. -
