In my case, at the age of 83 yrs. you and I likely have been exposed to many poorly run businesses. While shopping for hearing assistance can become frustrating and confusing. After several less than great sales pitches I landed at "Hearing life" in Kingsville.

Surprise, surprise, friendly smiles and the pre-sales banter was enjoyable and welcomed at this stage of the game. The young lady was interested in my story and tales of my hearing difficulties.

She listened carefully and after conducting a well organized hearing test she explained my problems and offered solutions for my consideration. Her sales approach was plain and simple without pressure.

This well kept office along with very talented employees made me very comfortable. A bad day turned into a pleasant one.

If you can read this, but have trouble hearing me, then listen up.... if you are looking as I was then check this out.

Jodie Shepanowski is a first rate hearing technician operating in a clean, uncluttered environment. Highly recommend this facility for all your hearing needs.

Both Jodie and Laura have been most helpful. The examination was carefully done and I did not feel pressured to buy.Once I had the appliances, I was helped to get used to it, given free batteriesetc and almost my ear device was secured by an extra wire around the ear .
I was impressed and recommended it to another who bought her aid there and I took another patient there. Jodie saw her need to have a doctor examine her ears and did not pressure her for an aid. She had a lot of wax in them.
All round I feel these two women could be trusted. They are so friendly.

The examination was very thorough. They didn't rush through it. They explained everything so I understood. They were upbeat and friendly. I was treated extremely well and felt comfortable. I highly recommend the Kingsville office.
