He was beyond thorough, and the detailed report he provided will help us improve our home, making it a safe and sound place for our family to live. John communicated his knowledge of building systems, structure, and noticed even small details most home owners would overlook. Highly recommended. Worth every penny, especially for the peace of mind John provides.

Being a first time home owner, I had many questions and much trepidation. John alleviated much of my fears and answered every question honestly and succinctly. I recommend his services to all.

He was on time and got right to work by going over some simple things on the outside he had noticed immediately. Friendly and professional, he was clearly very knowledgeable in everything house indoors and out! We would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to give him a call again if needed in the future.
