Jules was very professional and informative in discussing products, pricing and different options and we never felt pressured to make a decision. The installation also went well, the crew did an excellent job and the end result is beautiful, top quality products, changing the entire look of our house.
We would highly recommend Kehl to anyone looking for windows and doors replacement. -

(September 22, 2020, 11:08 pm)I'll start by stating the obvious: windows are a major expense!! However, after our experience having Kehl replace approx. 15 openings, I can tell you that we feel it was money well spent.
Our main contact at the company was Jules.Throughout the process, Jules was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. During the early stages of Covid, Jules was able to conduct virtual meetings and provide us with a quote while other companies were 'shut down'. His sales' approach was tempered which we really appreciated. At no time did we ever feel pressured to make a decision.
As predicted, our install occurred in mid-September. We were given plenty of notice of the start date and the crew arrived on time, as expected. And what a great installation crew it was! Darrin and John were outstanding. From their friendliness to their remarkable skills, we were thrilled with their service.
Now that our window project has been completed, I must say how astounded we are by the difference these windows make. Their appearance and quality is simply remarkable.
It's also worth mentioning that we reside in Essex County and were happy to support a local business. Should any issue with the windows arise, we feel extremely confident that Kehl (and their lifetime guarantee) will take care of us. -

(August 28, 2020, 10:51 pm)This was the second time we used Kehl for home improvements. They replaced our windows a few years ago and recently they replaced our front door. In both cases , Jules was very professional and informative in discussing pricing and other options.
The quality of their products is excellent!
The installation was also very professional and work is top notch. Highly recommend Kehl!
