Not only did she help us to find our dream home with everything we desired, she also made the process as easy as possible. She really excels in working for her clients to get the best deal possible.
With the sale of our property she was able to give us her professional recommendations when staging our home and making it as sale ready as possible. We had an acceptable offer within 2 days of listing!

(August 21, 2023, 9:47 pm)Wanita is a great Realtor! I was originally worried about working with her since we both work shift work, her rotating and me on nights, but she always made it work! We saw so many houses in a short time frame and she helped me find my first home ! :)
Sometimes even last minute viewings to get in before the next day or that night offer times! Even double viewings so I could have more time to decide.
I enjoyed spending the time with her and she was always available for questions! She made my first time house buying a whole lot easier; I always felt comfortable and I will use her again :)
