(November 2, 2021, 8:34 pm)Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Staff we’re extremely friendly and enhanced the experience by offering suggestions. Fresh ingredients all the way to the made to order pitas. St. Thomas is lucky to have this establishment in it’s municipality.

Tried Shelby's for the first time not long ago and have already returned several times... Found a new favourite here for sure. Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious. Recently it was my son's birthday and when asked what he wanted for his birthday dinner he requested Shelby's. We happily obliged and ordered a couple of platters for us to share with family. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order I mentioned to the cashier (who I subsequently found out was also the owner) that it was my son's birthday and that he had chosen Shelby's as his birthday dinner. He seemed genuinely delighted to hear this and enthusiastically wished my son a happy birthday, but then also handed me a lovely box of sweets to give to him for his birthday. The meal was constantly interrupted by exclamations of delight at the delicious food... Everyone absolutely loved it... And my son could not have been happier to receive such a special gift from "Shelby". He loved the special sweets as did everyone else. The fantastic food would have kept us coming back but the thoughtful kindness of the owner made it a truly memorable experience.
Five stars is not enough!
