Very easy to talk to, and I'm able to text him anytime I need. He's been able to secure a great rate for me. Something my last two brokers failed at. Thanx Tom :D

We set up insurance for our new house at a great rate and switched our car insurance while we were at it and saved some money there too! Sarah was fantastic to work with - very responsive and explained everything. Highly recommend!

(April 6, 2021, 8:41 pm)I was referred to Locke Insurance Brokers by a family friend. I was to take possession of my new home on April 1. I phoned my previous broker over 2 weeks before my closing date to set up my insurance. They didn’t return calls and kept jerking me around (nice customer service for a client of 20 years). I was literally down to 4 days before my possession and still didn’t have insurance. Thanks to the fantastic work of Sarah, she got me my house insurance, cheaper car insurance and had it all done prior to my close. I can’t recommend this broker enough. Excellent customer service and just all around a great experience. If you have any insurance needs this is the place to go!

(February 8, 2019, 10:42 am)I have been with Locke for 8 years with both personal and commercial insurance policies, I have dealt with several agents including Sarah, Dorothy and Tom, from policy changes to claims, it has always been easy and a pleasure to work with them. The level of customer service from Locke insurance is far above and beyond that which is expected. Would highly recommend to any one for their insurance needs.
