He was friendly, understanding and even though professional, was more like working with a friend than a realtor. I highly recommend Joe for all your real-estate needs.

He's never failed us in any way; his responses to our calls and text messages were always instant.
When it came to showing us properties, Mr. Hughey never minded the distance he had to drive, and the time it took for us to view the place.
One extremely valuable asset he was to us, was his ever so helpful information on so many unfamiliar things we encountered while viewing different homes.
Yes, we would most definitely recommend. Mr. Hughey to anyone for selling as well as buying property.

(March 30, 2023, 3:52 pm)I have worked with Joe with a number of houses buying and selling over the years. Joe is very quick to respond to texts, emails or calls. Like super quick. He takes his job 7 days a week and still has a great family life. Joe takes the time to care and he comes over to our properties that we are working on and shows an interest. He just isn’t interested in the money. He wants a relationship with us. He has always sold our houses quickly. We will see you at the next flip. Thanks for being on our team

He rolled up his sleeves when it came to getting pictures done, the for sale sign up, showings organized while keeping his expectations realistic. Would use his services again!
