My name is Kathleen Powers. Like many other people my weight has fluctuated over the years. In the early 2000's I finally got up the courage; with extrem low self-esteem, to walk through the doors of Herbal 1 in St. Thomas. I picked them because they are a Canadian company. The ladies working there welcomed me with warmth, smiles, and a great new aspect on how I could be eating to have a healthier body. I'm also on a lot of medication due to some mental and physical conditions to which they always have checked with lady at head office as to which supplements are safe with my medications and conditions. I also have bouts of depression where I've "dissapeared" for time spans and gotten into old unhealthy eating patterns but every time I've returned I've been given encouragement rather than "a slap on the hand". I'm a different person today inside and out and a lot of the reason for that is from joining Herbal 1 and getting such great guidance. Thank you to all who have been there. I defiantly encourage anyone to join.
