I had my own routine previous to that, but the F45 challenged me to change things up and move out of my comfort zone. F45 is both accessible to newcomers and good for seasoned fitness buffs to try new things.

The workouts are always new and different so you never get bored, and 45 minutes is easy to fit into my crazy schedule. I'm so glad I can say goodbye to big box gyms and hours of working out aimlessly with no results. F45 Training St. Thomas has amazing trainers that are knowledgeable and can actually help you reach your goals. I could not recommend F45 Training St. Thomas enough!

I workout 6 times a week and love Karen the owner and all of the trainers. They are motivating, kind and care about your personal goals. I highly recommend F45 for anyone at any fitness level!

Sessions are tailored for all experience levels and Karen (owner/trainer) makes a point of getting to know her members and helping them to develop an action plan to achieve their personal goals. She is professional and highly skilled at what she does. I have been doing F45 for several months and have noticed HUGE gains in how I look and feel. I highly recommend F45 Training to everyone in St. Thomas and surrounding areas!
