Shannon is great at what she does! She has created such a great business helping others stay fit while doing something they enjoy and of course have fun doing. If you haven't tried out a class with her I highly recommend you do!
Shannon is not only a great instructor but she’s very welcoming, easy going and creates an environment where you feel comfortable and have fun while also working out your body. Highly recommend checking out one of her classes.
Shannon is an excellent dance instructor! Her class is fun with an excellent mix of fitness levels. It’s great for a beginner or someone more advanced. I’ve been dancing with Shannon for years and she is fabulous at demonstrating moves and coming up with fresh new routines that keep your feet guessing. You will not be disappointed taking an hour to yourself to dance your heart out with Shannon!
