Huge shout out to Jay the “Jeep Specialist” who answered all of our Jeep questions and made us feel so welcomed. He is definitely an asset to their customer service.

(July 12, 2019, 7:02 pm)Got our 1st truck last april 9 2019 and we love it... Elgin Chrysler St. Thomas is awesome!! The first service i had is good. All the people are so Nice! Mike Austin your salesman, was incredible!!!! He was so attentive and he helped guide us through the entire process from beginning to the end. He even get to work on his Day-Off just to close the deal.The experience was awesome and I look forward to coming back again. I almost forgot to mention his patience cause we asked lots of questions.

Once I had the vehicle towed in the staff in the service department were prompt and professional. No appointment but they managed to fit me in and did a fantastic job. Thank you

(May 16, 2019, 6:11 pm)Easy to book an appointment and to get in quickly. Only problem I had is they forgot I had also scheduled it for a recall to be looked at and fixed. Otherwise it was a quick service, great shuttle service, and they were less expensive than a dealership I used to deal with. I would definitely go again.
