From first inquiring to the day of their team was easy to get in touch with, helpful and overall a pleasure to work with including the driver who was happy to accommodate our group when the weather forced us to adjust our plans. (August 17, 2021, 12:40 am)We contacted Badder Bus to help us with our wedding shuttle service. They are super affordable but most importantly their customer service was amazing. Megan was so quick to answer questions especially when there was constant changing Covid regulations. Megan helped us understand all the options when it came to number of busses or trips we needed to get our guests to and from the hotel and venue.
Wedding day our driver Dave was fantastic! He was early for all 4 trips and ensured we were having a good time. -
